“ A service center can make or break a dealership 4 most part the service people are great was in there Saturday to get my 10,000 miles service done on my vehicle found out that the stuff I wanted done to it for the appointment wasn't even noted in the computer system only thing in there was the 10,000 miles service and supposedly I declined the recall for my 2025 Toyota Tundra which I did not I just stated it is very hard for me to make it up there Monday through Friday but what was not on there was for them to look at my front blowers for my heater on my truck which just trickles out of the vents unless you turn it on to AC then it blows normal the lady when I called in didn't inform me at all that they do not look at any of that on a Saturday and that you have to make an appointment Monday through Friday when I made my appointment okay so when they brought my truck back out to me the service guy talk to me and told me to just make up appointment and we'll get it looked at so fast forward an hour I call back up to make an appointment I talked to a guy in service forgot his name he told me that I might be able to get a loaner vehicle for the day if I drop it off in the morning and they can figure out what's going on I would have to call up and talk to Matt to see if that's even possible so I did I left a message saturday it's 1:55 p.m. on Monday now and have not yet got a call butt after hanging up on Saturday after leaving the message i called the dealership back to make an appointment or to at least get my truck in there to drop it off one way or another for Friday the 26th well when I call back the same lady answered that didn't enter the information in the first time she rattled off her name so fast I did not catch it so I go through the whole entire ordeal again of explaining to her what was wrong and that I talked to a guy a little bit ago he said that I just bring it up drop it off and they will work it in that day she told me that they are two weeks behind I said I know he told me to bring it up on the 26th and they will work it in for the 26th she then informed me that she cannot make an appointment for me at all so what good is a warranty on a $65,000 truck that I can't get it looked at of course I didn't know the heat was not working until winter time but I'm basically told tough I bought multiple vehicles from olathe Toyota because they're supposed to be the best well your service department is what makes you not the best when you have stuff like this go on I know I've dealt with Rawhide Harley-Davidson with their service department and they are horrible but I knew going in that they are horrible Olathe Toyota was supposed to have had very high standards and as of Saturday I doubt if I will ever buy another vehicle there and I really hate it because Robert my sales guy was great on both of my vehicle purchases =====UPDATE====== It is now January 6th I have yet to hear anything from matt no calls no missed calls no messages I should have known better not even a response from Olathe Toyota ”
