Olathe Toyota is hiring for full time and part time Express Maintenance level technicians. We are looking for people that are motivated and enjoy working hard in a team environment. Our shop is air conditioned and basic tools can be provided. Olathe Toyota is family owned and can provide a career path to high level technician certification. Toyota express maintenance by design has technicians working together in teams of two performing specific tasks that include changing engine oil and filter, tire rotation and multipoint inspections. Training would be provided to achieve Toyota maintenance level certification soon after joining our team.

Pay will be hourly plus bonus. The full time position will come with benefits after the first 90 days.

Olathe Toyota has an opening available for a full time service consultant to join our service drive team. We are a family owned and operated store. Applicants must have a positive attitude and be able to work effectively in a team setting. CDK experience is preferred. We can also train the right person.

• Document customer concerns on repair orders.
• Review service history to recommend factory recommended service.
• Present tire tread and alignment specs during write up.
• Complete service and repair estimates.
• Consult customers on services and repairs recommended by technicians from iService video sent to the customer.
• Bill repair orders after work is completed.
• Maintain a high level of communication to our customers during the service process.
• Active deliver customers including reviewing invoices and processing payment.
• Showing customers to their vehicle or having their vehicle pulled up for them.
